Very important! Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication to the login process on March 2nd, 2026.
For your first time logging in after this update, you will need to complete a one-time setup. Please ensure you follow the steps below:
- Enter your credentials as normal. You will then be taken back to the login page.
- Check your email for a verification message and verify your account.
- Once verified, login one more time.
- Set up your preferred MFA method: phone number or authenticator app.
- Verify your identity using the code sent to you via your chosen method.
Once complete, the log-in page will now display only one button to log-in.
Any future password changes will not happen in DFX, but by using forget password upon the log-in screen.
